We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 working days by Royal Mail track and sign. Standard delivery is charged at £2.50 for the first item, adding £1 for each additional item. International delivery available. Please be aware there may be custom charges for deliveries made outside the UK. We do not pay these charges, it is the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local authority for more information.
Cooling off period
You have a statutory right to cancel the contract for any reason within the cancellation period. The cancellation period ends at the end of 14 days beginning on the day after you (or your representative) receive the goods. If your goods are sent separately, then this period extends to 14 days after you receive the last of the goods.
If you cancel you will receive a refund of the cost of the goods and any delivery charge levied. If you wish to cancel your contract it is your responsibility to inform us of this within the cancellation period. You can do this by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org or by writing to the address below. Please include full product details and the order number when cancelling. It is your responsibility to return the goods back to us and you are also responsible for the cost associated with returning the goods back.
You have 14 calendar days to return or exchange an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
You will be responsible for any postage costs incurred for returning any items. Any refunds will exclude postage costs. We advise that you use a tracked or insured service for your returns as we cannot be held responsible for missing items.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned
item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
